Royalty

This painting titled’ Royalty’ creates a sense of drama and a feeling of empowerment.’ 👑 In this piece, I wanted to work with a limited palette 🎨 which is quite unusual for me as I love colour so much and I often bring in lots of variations, but for this piece, it really didn’t need it. The sideward glace over her shoulder creates a feeling of importance, the headwear. giving her more height and a feeling of regalness and royalty (hence the title). She’s a woman who knows what she wants, empowered and respected.

In my new series I’m exploring the world around us and how we can celebrate life, even the small things. This painting has been created using oils on canvas and comes ready to hang with a certificate of authenticity.
