Sunlit Passage

Walking through a woodland path when the sun breaks through the trees – that’s what this painting is about. Light filtering down, shadows shifting, and colour everywhere you look.

I love the way sunlight changes everything in a forest. Those bright greens where the light hits, the deep blues and purples in the shade, and all those little touches of pink and yellow dancing through the scene. The path ahead invites you in, pulling you deeper into the trees.

I’ve layered the paint to create texture and movement. Bold brushstrokes capture the energy of the place – the leaves, the dappled light, that feeling of being surrounded by nature. It’s peaceful but alive, quiet but full of colour.
