Where the community comes together — to learn, to question, and to grow.
Submit Work / Question →I’m so excited to meet you throughout this programme. Our live Zoom sessions are a really special part of the experience: a chance to come together, ask questions, share your work and feel the energy of a community all on the same journey.
The days vary intentionally, so that everyone gets the chance to join live at some point during the programme, even if certain days do not usually work for you.
All recordings will be available within 24 hours, so you will never miss the content.
Each week’s lesson is pre-recorded and released in advance, so you can work through it in your own time before we meet. The live session the following week is where we dig into it properly. We’ll look back at what you tried, what came up, what surprised you, and I’ll give you a taste of what’s coming in the next lesson.
I encourage you to submit work, questions or anything you’d like feedback on to bring to our calls. The more participation we have, the more valuable the calls become for everyone.
You can ask questions inside each lesson, or submit them ahead of time to discuss on our call. Each lesson is released in advance, so we can dig into it together on the call the following week. It’s when you put things into practice that it really sinks in.
Submit Work / Question →All sessions run 18:00–19:00 London time. Equivalent times for other regions are shown on each session.
A note about time zones: UK and European clocks change on Sunday 25 October 2026. Week Three is therefore at 18:00 GMT, while North American locations remain on daylight time until 1 November. Please check your local world clock if you are ever unsure.
